Put your bag in a ticket. The tokens sit in a program-owned escrow and SOL lands in your wallet in the same transaction.

Borrow SOL against your memecoin bag. Come back before your ticket runs out and the bag is yours again. Don't, and it stays on the shelf. Either way, nobody market-sells it into the chart.
CA posted at launchA memecoin pool usually holds a thin slice of supply. Sell a real bag into it and you are the red candle everyone screenshots. Pawning gets you SOL today without touching the pool at all.
Price impact into a pool holding 10% of supply. You get less SOL for every token after the first.
Your bag goes into a ticket, not the pool. You get SOL now and keep the upside if it runs.
| You sell | Share of pool | Price after |

Constant-product pool, before fees: price after = (pool ÷ (pool + sold))².
01Put your bag in a ticket. The tokens sit in a program-owned escrow and SOL lands in your wallet in the same transaction.
02The ticket runs on a fixed clock: 7, 14 or 30 days. No price liquidations, no bots watching your health bar. A dip doesn't end your ticket. Only the clock does.
03Pay the buyback before the clock ends and the bag comes home. Let it run out and the bag goes to whoever lent you the SOL.
The buyback price was fixed when you pawned. Every pump after that is yours.
You keep the SOL. The lender keeps the bag. That's the deal they priced in.
Lenders post SOL offers for the coins they want: how much per bag, how long, at what rate. Borrowers pick the best offer. You earn the rate, or you end up holding the bag at the price you chose.
Pick the coin, the loan-to-value, the term and your rate. Cancel any time before someone takes it.
When the borrower buys back, you get your SOL plus the rate.
If the borrower walks, the bag is yours, at a discount you set yourself.

When a ticket runs out, it hangs here: which coin, how big, what it was pawned for. If a dev pawns their own bag and walks, everyone sees it.
Tickets end on the clock, never on a wick. You can't get liquidated in your sleep.
Max loan-to-value scales with pool liquidity. Coins under $50k of liquidity can't be pawned.
Wallet age, share of supply and whether it is linked to the deployer. A dev pawning is visible.
Pay the rate again before the clock ends to roll your ticket once. After that, buy back or walk.
Every ticket pays a 1% shop fee. All of it buys $PAWN and burns it.
Tokens and SOL sit in a program-owned escrow. Not a Telegram middleman, not us.

$PAWN is the shop's token, launched on Pump.fun paired with SOL. The 1% fee on every ticket goes straight to buying $PAWN and burning it. More tickets written, less $PAWN left.
CA posted at launchGood for you. Your buyback price was fixed when you wrote the ticket, so you pay it back, get the whole bag, and keep the gains.
Your ticket still runs to the end of the clock. If the bag is worth less than the buyback, you can walk away and keep the SOL. The lender takes the bag. That risk is why loans are only a fraction of the bag's value.
Anyone running the counter. Lenders post offers for the coins they are happy to hold, and borrowers pick from them.
No. Tickets end on time, not on price. There is no health factor and no liquidation bot.
Every ticket pays a 1% fee, and all of it buys $PAWN on the market and burns it. The shop doesn't keep a cut.
$PAWN launches first. The counter and tickets open after that, and we'll post it on X when they go live.
